| 2007-08 Facilitator
Utilization Report
(June 1, 2008)
94% of the facilitators who bid, and were available, had
an opportunity to facilitate at least once during the 2007-08 GSB School year.
47 different facilitators bid for 58 course openings. Of the 47, 4 did not have
an opportunity to facilitate at least once for various reasons a) 1- new job
conflict, b) 2-cancelled class sections, and c) 1- lack of openings. We started out the school year with 58
facilitator course bid opportunities, and 2 Developmental opportunities
(Intro-t-group).  Because of low enrollment in the Spring, 3 opportunities
were cut leaving 55 staffed opportunities to facilitate. The 55 staffed opportunities were staff
accordingly:
3- slots were filled by visiting
Austrian's in Spring 08, as decided by the faculty in the Spring of 2007.8-slots were filled by Leadership
	Coaches11-slots filled by participants in
2008 Group Facilitator Training Program13- slots were filled by
Facilitators in Training (post GFTP, less 3x facilitated)20- slots were filled by
Experienced Facilitators. During the 2007-08 school year:
	49% of facilitation
opportunities were filled by the 1) GFTP and 2) Facilitators in Training36% by Experienced
Facilitators 15% by Leadership Coaches. Two Intro T-group workshops were
staffed by 1-NTL member bid, and 2- Experienced Facilitator bids. 2007-2008 Utilization Table Categories
